:)been a bit windy to fly latley so i thought id post another few pics,.hope you like,.i choose george preddys cripes a mighty 3rd for my pz mustang,.the real one was passed on to another two pilots after preddy returned home on leave.,it was lost to flak later that year!,..,as we all know he had another p51 called just " cripes a mighty " after chasing an fw190 at tree top height christmas day 1944 US anti aircraft fire "quad 50 cal" fired at the 190 but hit preddy sending the mustang into the ground!!...although the real cripes a mighty 3rd was an earlier p51 without the fin fillet i still love the markings so thats why i done this one that way,looks ace in the air!...the fw190 is just a mix of markings i thought would look good on it...hope you all like., desert vc spitfire comming soon,.plus a mk9 D day stiped one,.seeing as the nose on the parkzone one is so long.,its more like a 9 that a mk2.,apart from the external amour windscreen.,but watch this space as ive got that coverd!..also comming is a cliped wing mk14 with nice valve cover bulges on the cowling..."stay tuned"...........
