I'm in a dilemma.

I bought my Spitfire, didn't realize it wasn't for inexperienced fliers. So I waited a few weeks to save up for for a decent simulator but figured, I may as well fly it and if I crash it, buy a new spitfire for cheaper than a sim AND have the spares!

So I took her out, beautifully calm day, and had a fantastic flight. My FIRST EVER R/C and it went without a hitch, even squeezed in a loop!

Now i've had numerous flights since, even with the Li-Po set up and i'm a confident flier, can even do lo-pass inverted flight.

The big question is, I learned 4 channel quickly enough, will I be able to pick up 6 channel on the Corsair? Is it all that different?

no, not much differance....if you get used to flying a FW190 (twitcher than spit) you'll be able to fly the corsair!

pip pip!

The major difference is the Spitfire is 3ch and the Corsair is really 4 channel. The only extra control surface you get is a rudder. It seams you have got your wings really well. I still don't have the guts for a low inverted pass lol.

Nah me neither, my inverted flying takes place at 50 feet or so! Ha :D

Sounds like you're ready to me, the Corsair shouldn't prove too problematic :)

It's just getting one that may prove to be problematic. :D

I really don't think were going to see one here for a while yet, The Chinese are too busy with the games to make RC models lol.

I expect if they tried flying a model plane over there, it would get stuck in the sky.
