This evening a mate of mine who always has his camera on him came over, so I lent him one of my lenses and dragged him down to my usual field to get some shots of my Spitfire.

Yeah i'd say!! It can take hundreds of attempts to get good aeroplane shots! :)

I especially like the pics where the Spit is approaching the camera!
