Hi Guys!

I've seen the above on the internet.. slightly heavier than the 1400mah apparently.. Is it overkill?? Will it blow the motor?

Im running mine on a 2200 3S and this pack weighs the same as the Nimh pack, however the extra power transforms the plane, really enjoyed flying it. I have a brushless motor on order, this should arrive tomorrow.

E-Flite 1800mah 3S Lipo 155 grams
Flypo 2200mah 3S Lipo 180 grams

With the larger heavier Flypo pack, I didnt even have to change the CoG

@Dean E,
I presume it is nmh or nicad if it is 12 volts, it will be heavey, if you got the lipo equivelent it would be half as light for the same amperage my 3cell(11.1v)3800mah thunderpower weighs,286 gramms,

PS: I2 Volts shouldnt fry the motor it will run hotter ang give more power as when upgrading from the nicad(9.6v) to lipo 3cell(11.1v)
