I think I've read a few threads on these. They recently switched from plastic to metal internal gears after a lot of negative feedback. Haven't read much more after that, but will have a look.

A guy on the RC Groups has fitted these to his PZ T28. He has also done a lot of mods to other PZ models. Scroll down and you can see the mods he's done. Very interesting.

found this vid, at the end he says that they can go on the small warbirds
theyd look good on a pz mustang

The full tricycle kit is for sale at £70. Does that seem a lot or is that just me?

£70 for the E-flite ones seems pretty reasonable ish, if they work!! No messing about with servos etc. etc. Further research required I thinks.

Yeah, your right, if you think in terms of servo etc it'd probably be more than that.
