Default The quest is nearly over.....I hope.

Hi guys,
Just to keep you in the picture, i emailed the guy on the classified and asked if hed ship for a fee...(undisclosed). In the process of waiting for it now!! so heres hoping hey....Needs re-tracts fitting and possibly the esc updating to make this happen...

I reckon that ralphp is simply in charge of grounding, dishonourable discharges, Courts Marshall or the 303 round allocation to the firing squad.

doesnt it have retracts? I thought they all came with the retracts? or can you fit stationery gear? you will love this one Rob!

Default Got one!!!!

Yippeee...Well thanks to all those who helped. I recieved my Sea fury yesterday from the classified sales link. Its in pretty good nick. Few places need paint touch ups (anyone know what colour the grey and cream colours are in humbrol?). The previous owner had fited the retracks but then super glued them into fixed? I have however recieved by re tracts and servos today so busy busy busy!!! Once again thanks everyone for such a great response to a newbie!

Rob,
I have all the Hardware and retracts that came with the model as well as the canopy. They were all salvaged from my Sea Fury when it suffered its demise.
They are available for sale if you or any other member is interested.

Hi guys sorry its been so long since ive posted on the Sea Fury....I have flown her four or five times and had to re build her three!!! SHe just wouldnt fly properly and was so twitchy...I usually lost her on take off to be honest with a massive left roll!! Anyway..... Take a look at her.

Griffhawk, Hi its fine actually, not a great deal of loss in power. Its a e-scale from J Perkins. They fit very well also.

Rock 'n Roll! She looks great!

I noticed the blurb under your GlueTube vid:

After three rebuilds of this aircraft she is finally flying right. A lovely sunny evening and managed to convince the wife to come down and film for me. Hope you like....In my opinion still one of the best looking warbirds around!

I hope the last bit was referring to the Fury and not the Missus!

But we wouldn't know anyway, even if you were, 'cos she's not in the film.
