I overtightened an e-flite prop adapter once, had to cut it in the end to get the prop off....the threads aren't the best!

I don't think I over tightened it mate, the prop and the washer I added haven't got indentations to increase grip.

Well the saga continues: Hooked up the watt meter for both 2 and 3 bladers, around 285w 25a on the 3 blader, on a full 30c batt. 324w 29a on the 2 blader. Whole spinner unit flew off when I was testing the 2 blader , I needed to add another washer to get the adapter to grip fully. Not too sure if this esc would last long with the 2 blader on, it got pretty hot, even with full air flow over it. So unless I upgrade the esc, I guess I'll stick with the 3 blader

Damned plane!!!! I really do wish I'd bought the Stang instead.
