Ahh that explains why I didn't recognise it!!! I should have realised it was a Spitty rx - it has been a while since I have seen one as I am all Spektrumed up now

Mine now appears to be all ok and has enjoyed a couple of flights recently so fingers crossed it stays that way

Haha yeah I assumed that all PZ receivers were the same... that's what caused my confusion at the start. I'll have to see how it compares to my P51 BL in flight, the old FW190 certainly makes more noise so it should be a good laugh!
